Michael and his wife of 35 years, Laurie are native Floridians. He was born in St. Petersburg and raised in Largo. After serving in United States Navy, the couple moved to Dallas, TX for 25 years where Michael owned and operated restaurants. Michael has been buying and selling real estate since 1980. Coming home to Florida to work in real estate, was a natural transition to allow Michael to use his analysis and troubleshooting skills to help families as well as investors purchase and sell homes. Michael has called Lipply Real Estate home for many years and believes that small boutique agencies like Lipply, are more focused on customer service, which aligns with his business philosophy. Michael is a valued member of his church and in his leisure time enjoys playing golf, concerts and playing the drums.

She grew up in the Cocoa Beach vicinity and now lives in Longleaf of Trinity.
Prior to joining Lipply Real Estate, Bart worked in the home interior design business for 5 years. The insight gleaned from that industry enables him to stage a home to help get it sold and also gives him the vision to assist buyers with seeing a property’s potential. Bart has brought his customer service orientation and keen ability to please the client to his role as a Realtor on our team. Bart possesses excellent knowledge of the available inventory and essential information about Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties. The father of three sons, Bart is an avid bicyclist and a volunteer in a community outreach organization that assists the homeless.
Jim Pemberton spent over a decade in the hospitality business. His career highlights have included the successful operation of several restaurants and the supervision of food and beverage departments for venues that catered to patrons with discerning tastes.
