    "In searching online for houses that were for sale in the Westchase area, my goal was to take my list of thirty potential houses down to the top three choices.  Hopefully one of them would become a second home for my husband and myself.  Needless to say the list of thirty houses was easier to develop than the idea of picking a realtor.  So after reading the bios of the Lipply Realtors, I decided to send Diana Costantino an email with my list of homes and what my plan was once I arrived.
